Technical Support Specialist
As a technical support specialist, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the satisfaction of our clients. Your primary focus will be on providing expert technical support to customers via phone, email, or other communication channels.
Key responsibilities include:
* Providing technical solutions to complex problems faced by customers.
* Helping customers order the correct spare parts for their machines and preparing quotations.
* Arranging suitable shipping for customers worldwide, including urgent shipments when necessary.
* Handling associated administrative tasks, such as preparing transport and customs documents.
* Collaborating with the team to handle incoming warranty claims and finding customer-friendly solutions.
We seek a technically skilled professional with a strong customer-centric approach. In this role, you will interact extensively with customers worldwide, requiring strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and multitasking capabilities.
* A bachelor's degree in a technical field is required.
* Proficiency in reading technical plans is essential.
* Familiarity with SolidWorks, E-plan, and/or AutoCAD is beneficial.
* Knowledge of programming languages, particularly Siemens or Allen Bradley, is recommended.
* Previous customer service experience is highly valued.
* Fluency in English, Dutch, and/or French is crucial for effective communication.
