The Reward team is a dedicated, multidisciplinary team within the People Advisory Services department consisting of more than 30 remuneration experts, technology geeks and data wizards spread over 5 offices in Belgium. Within our team, we mostly focus on improving reward policies and practices. We support our clients on topics ranging from reduction of employment costs to the setup of compensation & benefits strategies. In addition, we continuously update and inform our clients on legislative changes and innovations.

We are looking for Data Analyst to join our office in Diegem.
Your key responsibilities
4. Collaborate with reward consultants and clients to deliver data-driven solutions that enhance compensation and benefits strategies.
5. Analyze and visualize data to support decision-making and operational excellence.
6. Contribute to the digital transformation of HR processes using analytics, automation, and emerging technologies (, AI, process mining).
7. Translate client needs into actionable insights and digital solutions.
8. Work with colleagues across Belgium and internationally to deliver high-quality client service.

12. You are fluent in Dutch or French and have good mastery of English.
13. You have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, ideally in STEM, Business Analytics, Economics, Business Engineering, or a related field.
14. You have knowledge about data analytics and data visualization or process automation tools (Alteryx, Power BI, UI Path, Power Apps, Excel) and/or you have a strong willingness and desire to improve your knowledge on the short term. Experience with, and knowledge of, BPMN is a plus.
15. You bring some hands-on experience (internships, projects, or a first job) in data analytics, business intelligence, or process automation.
16. You love working in diverse, cross-functional teams and believe that the best ideas come from open dialogue and different perspectives.
