Job description Your Role - Understand customer inquiries in their native language and act as the first point of contact. - Support our technical engineers by gathering and registering key information to resolve issues efficiently. - Keep customers informed about the status of their case. - Translate technical updates into clear, customer-friendly communication. Profiel Bachelor-level thinking. Fluent in French, English and German. Strong customer focus and communication skills. Detail-oriented and a true team player. Flexible and open to working in a full continuous system (weekend and night shifts every 6–8 weeks). Driving license B – you must be able to commute independently. Aanbod Fixed-term Volvo contract (not interim). 37.5 hours/week, full-time schedule. 20 vacation days.
