GENERAL DESCRIPTION:

Responsible for driving consistent and impactful brand visibility and merchandising across the company's facilities and partner locations. Ensures and executes trade marketing initiatives, strengthening brand presence, and delivering the tangible expression of the brand within the healthcare insurance industry. Collaborates with internal teams and external partners to uphold brand integrity and enhance the member experience through innovative and effective branding and merchandising solutions.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Execute and maintain brand visibility across the company facilities, partner clinics, and community locations, ensuring a consistent, high-quality physical brand presence.
Applies and enforces brand guidelines across all physical touchpoints, including displays and point-of-care materials, to protect brand integrity.
Leads trade marketing and merchandising initiatives, with a focus on care clubs, partner networks, and member-facing service environments.
Ensures production, installation, and quality control of all branded and promotional materials through coordination with vendors and agencies.
Conducts regular brand audits to assess compliance, identify gaps, and recommend improvements for enhancing brand visibility.
Develops and manages merchandising assets, including design coordination, inventory control, and timely distribution to all trade and partner locations.
Implements retail-style merchandising initiatives that elevate the member experience across care centers and care clubs.
Analyzes the effectiveness of trade marketing and branding efforts, delivering data-driven insights and optimization recommendations.
Supports product launches, campaigns, and experience-enhancement initiatives by providing branded materials and merchandising solutions.
Works with internal marketing teams and external partners to ensure cohesive execution of brand and trade marketing initiatives, promotional events, and overall execution.
Guides and supports teams on brand standards, merchandising best practices, and compliant communication in healthcare environments, as required.
Assists in planning and executing trade marketing events and community activations, ensuring alignment with marketing goals and regulatory requirements.

ADDITIONAL FUNCTIONS:

Must comply fully and consistently with all company policies and procedures, with local and federal laws as well as with the regulations applicable to our Industry, to maintain appropriate business and employment practices.
May carry out other duties and responsibilities as assigned, according to the requirements of education and experience contained in this document.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Education and Experience: Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. At least three (3) years of experience in trade marketing, brand management, or merchandising, preferably within the Healthcare Insurance Industry.

Certifications / Licenses: N/A Other: Strong understanding of brand guidelines, visual identity systems, and merchandising principles.

Languages:

Spanish – Intermediate (comprehensive, writing and verbal)

English – Intermediate (comprehensive, writing and verbal)
