That's why we're looking for an International Business Development Manager, someone who thrives on sales energy, closes deals and turns prospects into loyal clients. Win new clients and partnerships Focus on acquisition and growth Work closely with the CEO to expand our business models and strengthen our international presence. Attend international book and entertainment fairs and come back with contracts. Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other tools smartly to identify, approach, and close leads. Collaborate closely with the production department to assess the technical feasibility of projects. Write sales plans with clear targets, funnels, and forecasts. Prepare offers, negotiate, and close deals as if you're writing the perfect ending. Ensure all agreements comply with relevant rules and regulations. Report sales results so the CEO always knows which chapter we're in. Once successful: build and lead your own sales team. A true salesperson at heart: you get energy from selling and a thrill from closing deals. Proven experience ( 3 to 5 years) in B2B sales and international business development. You're confident engaging with international prospects and enjoy operating across borders. A strong international network is a plus. You know your way around tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator. You feel at home in an entrepreneurial SME: short decision lines, high responsibility, fast action. You speak perfect English; any additional language is a strong asset. You're detail-oriented and aware of commercial, contractual, and legal requirements. A key role in an SME with an established international footprint.
