✍️WHAT WILL YOU DO?
* Administer and support Linux systems, mainly Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL).
* Handle production incidents, perform advanced troubleshooting, and carry out root cause analysis (RCA).
* Execute system changes, updates, and maintenance activities following ITIL processes.
* Use automation and scripting tools such as Ansible, Bash, and Python.
* Manage and operate high‑availability clusters (e.g., Pacemaker, ServiceGuard, Veritas).
* Work with core infrastructure components:
Networking
Storage (SAN, NAS, NFS, CIFS)
Virtualization
System security
* Coordinate incidents and changes using ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools.
* Document your work clearly and maintain accurate technical records.
* Collaborate with customers and internal teams in a service‑oriented environment.
* Contribute to automation initiatives, CI/CD pipelines, and process improvements.
* Support hybrid or cloud‑based environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
* Use monitoring, logging, and alerting tools to ensure system reliability.
🧐 WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
* FP, Bachelor's degree in IT or related fields
* Advanced level of English and Spanish
* 6+ years of experience Linux Administration
* Solid experience administering Linux RHEL in enterprise environments.
* Strong troubleshooting and incident‑resolution skills.
* Experience with automation, scripting, and configuration management.
* Understanding of infrastructure components (networking, storage, virtualization, security).
* Ability to work autonomously and take full ownership of issues.
* Good communication and documentation skills.

* Workplace: Madrid offices + remote work (hybrid model)
* Work Schedule: 16x5 (7:00–15:00 / 15:00–23:00) service with on‑call duties.
