We are looking for an Information & Data Architect that can support our customers to make the right decisions in how to organize their data and how this should be applied in different tools.

Description of the Neanex Expert Team
Our team is responsible for improving business & data processes of our clients.
We support large contractors, engineering firms & asset owners in infrastructure, utilities, building & engineering industry.
We are active from engineering, design & construction, towards more and more in asset operations. Our counterparts on projects differ from project & quality managers to information management, BIM teams and progress monitoring responsible.
We work both remotely and on site with clients or at the Neanex cool office!

* Semantic Modelling & Information Architecture for large asset owners in tools and data models.
* Systems Engineering support by setting up and maintaining risk, contract & requirement management tools.
* Information Management Advice is the key denominator, we support information organization, standardization and hand over.
* Services around our Fundamend application to set up our tooling in the center of asset information management and to support the workflows, configuration and management of this tool.

* Develop & manage the enterprise information model for our clients and or their projects.
* Maintain tooling where we manage our models.
* Develop & advice on Information Management Strategy for our clients as well as Data Principles.
* Develop & Implement procedures for quality & security.
* Develop a true policy and advice your stakeholders.
* Stakeholder management and communication is as important as the technical side of the job. Help our customers spread the word about the why of what we are doing.
Education
* Candidate needs to have a Master thinking level and high affinity with digital journeys.
* Minimal 3-5 years experience as an Information Manager or Data Architect preferably in the construction or related industry.
* Knowledge of semantic modelling, Linked Data, Open Standards, ISO 19650 (BIM), OTL / RDL, ...
o Data Modelling
o Data Security
o Data Quality Models (e.g. ISO);
o Strong knowledge of database structure systems and data mining
* A plus is experience in a lead role to manage and support our junior team members and knowledge of the AECO sector.
