The position
As a Business Analyst, you will act as a key interface between business stakeholders and technical teams within complex Telecommunications environments.
Thanks to your technical background (developer, tester, system engineer or similar), you are able to deeply understand IT systems, architectures and constraints, and translate business needs into clear, structured and actionable requirements.
You will be involved in the full project lifecycle, from requirement gathering to solution delivery, ensuring alignment between business objectives, technical feasibility and quality standards.
Your main responsibilities include:
* Collecting, analyzing and formalizing business requirements from internal and external stakeholders
* Translating business needs into functional and technical specifications
* Collaborating closely with developers, testers, architects and product owners
* Supporting solution design with a strong understanding of technical impacts and dependencies
* Participating in testing phases (functional validation, UAT) and ensuring requirements traceability
* Managing changes, risks and impacts throughout the project lifecycle
* Contributing to continuous improvement of processes, tools and methodologies in a Telecom context
Your profile
* Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in Telecommunications
* Technical background as a developer, tester, system engineer or similar role
* Strong understanding of IT systems, APIs, data flows and software development lifecycles
* Proven experience working in complex, multi-stakeholder environments
* Ability to bridge the gap between business and technical teams
* Excellent analytical, communication and documentation skills
* Fluent English is mandatory
* Dutch (NL) is a strong plus (French is also appreciated)
* Experience with Agile / Scrum methodologies is an asset
