Senior International Financial Controller – Business Travel – Evolution to Team Leader

As their international activities are set to grow, they plan to enlarge their financial controlling team in the coming years, naturally entrusting its management to the first hire, which corresponds to the position in this announcement.They are therefore seeking a financial controller capable of managing the financial aspects of their international operations and eventually leading a financial controlling team in the years to come.
Your Responsibilities | Evolution - Management The responsibilities of this position are expected to evolve in the coming years. Initially, you will be required to:
* Manage the financial operations of various European subsidiaries
* Travel regularly to production sites, engage with different production stakeholders, and collect accounting and financial data
* Analyze this data, prepare reports, and provide recommendations to your management
* Act as the right hand of the General Manager and serve as the key reference for international finance within the group
At a later stage, you will also be expected to:
* Manage a financial controlling team
* Train and supervise junior team members
* Implement KPIs and delegate tasks effectively
* Play a role in the recruitment of team members
Profile and Career Path | Evolution - Management
* To be prepared to take on managerial responsibilities in the coming years, particularly with senior team members, a minimum of 5 years of experience is required .
* Proficiency in English is essential to communicate effectively with various international production sites.
* Additionally, fluency in French, Spanish, Italian, or any other European language will be considered an asset.
* Experience in an accounting firm or service provider will be advantageous, as managing multiple production sites is comparable to a "client portfolio" system.
* A strong affinity for IT tools is also recommended, as each production site may use different systems.
