Your tasks and responsibilities
* You are responsible for preparing shipping documentation, Bills of Lading, COO, Insurance certificates, etc.;
* You check documents and ensure accurate administration;
* You maintain contacts with shipping agencies, the DHL network, carriers, and customers;
* You provide excellent customer service and follow-up;
* You work very accurately and are used to working under time pressure.
Your profile
* You have at least 2 years of experience in ocean freight forwarding;
* You have strong documentation and Letter of Credit knowledge;
* You are familiar with Incoterms;
* You have good computer skills with basic knowledge of Excel, Word, etc.;
* You have an excellent command of English (both written and spoken);
* You are willing to come to the office daily (remote work is not possible);
* You work accurately and organized and are a team player;
* You are stress-resistant and can work under time pressure;
* You communicate easily with colleagues and customers.
