YOUR TASKS
* You are a great host ensuring your guests enjoy a safe and memorable stay
* You are in charge of the well-being of our guests from check-in to check-out
* Besides for our guests, you're also the first point of contact for all other visitors like suppliers and external technicians
* You respond to our guests' questions and inquiries and know how to direct them to major sights, local attractions and activities
* You handle the operational and administrative tasks like invoicing, answering to e-mails and online requests
* You enjoy a diverse, international work environment while we take care of an inclusive one
* You're flexible and understand working on all days of the week, sometimes early / sometimes late, during weekends and on public holidays comes with the job
* You work in great in a team and are not afraid to jump in to support other departments every now and then
YOUR PROFILE
* You have at least 1 year of experience as receptionist
* You possess an outgoing personality and enjoy working in a bustling dynamic environment, performing a variety of tasks
* You are a people person, you like helping others and creating an unforgettable experience for our guests
* You are a team player, ready to help your colleagues and tackle challenges together
* You have good knowledge of a front office system (e.g. ASSD, Fidelio, SIHOT)
* You are fluent in French and English (solid B1-B2 level)
* You are available to work on the weekends, public holidays, day and night shifts
