Description
* You establish regular telephone contact with customers to ensure effective follow-up;
* You manage the situations of customers who are slightly or moderately behind with their payments, not exceeding one to two months;
* You anticipate and avoid disputes and disagreements in order to maintain good relations with customers;
* You identify and propose appropriate solutions to payment problems encountered by customers.
Profile
* You have at least a high school diploma, with professional experience desirable;
* You are fluent in French and English, or are a Dutch speaker;
* You have a strong commercial orientation, demonstrating active listening skills, empathy and a focus on customer satisfaction;
* You value teamwork and collaborate effectively with colleagues;
