We are currently seeking a Project Manager for our office in Antwerp (Belgium).
The Project Manager serves as the crucial link connecting the company with customers and partners, managing all client related projects as well as communication. This role involves the comprehensive planning, monitoring and management of customer releases from start to finish. As the Project Manager, you will assume full ownership of the customer release, maintaining ongoing initiatives while diligently safeguarding budgetary, contractual, quality and planning aspects.
Responsibilities
1. Manage & understand the contract from the project start to finish.
2. Own and maintain the customer delivery planning.
3. Understand, triage and coordinate customer requirements with the relevant teams.
4. Document these requirements into actionable refined implementation initiatives and link them to customer releases, whilst ensuring alignment with the customer and agree on acceptance criteria.
5. Coordinate with the relevant teams responsible for implementation.
6. Manage the dependencies related to the customer releases, including data integrations, product releases and configurations.
7. Support the teams responsible for the implementation.
8. Coordinate with the Test team any planned internal test activities including go/no go.
9. Coordinate and plan user acceptance testing (UAT) with the customer before go live.
10. Identify delivery risks early and implement mitigation strategies.
11. Coordinate go/no go decisions for customer releases based on readiness criteria.
12. Coordinate and manage the go live activities in order to ensure all prerequisites for customer acceptance criteria are met.
13. Coordinate and manage all contractually obliged documentation.
14. Support customer training.
15. Collaborate with the support team to ensure conformance to the SLA.
16. Capture lessons learned from each customer release.
17. Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, partners and subcontractors during implementation and customer release cycles.
18. Ensure transparency through regular status updates, customer release documentation, and meeting cadence.
19. Facilitate alignment between customer stakeholders, partners, subcontractors and internal teams.
20. Coordinate with account management on new opportunities and change requests.
