Robert Half is looking for a temporary Chinese-Speaking Administrative Assistant/Receptionist (h/f/x) to support our client, a leading news media company, in maintaining smooth day-to-day operations in their centrally located Brussels office. Our client is located in the city center of Brussels. This is a fantastic opportunity to grow professionally within a fast-paced and dynamic industry. Job Responsibilities: Provide effective support for daily operational management of the office. Coordinate with local property management teams and external vendors to ensure office maintenance. Collaborate on procurement-related tasks, including vendor selection and tracking orders. Deliver precise and efficient administrative support across departments. Handle front desk responsibilities, including greeting visitors, managing reception tasks, and distributing mail. Take on other tasks as assigned by the supervisor to support business operations. Skills and Experience Requirements: Proficiency in essential office and meeting software (e.G., Microsoft Office Suite). Minimum of one year of relevant work experience in administration or reception roles. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Additional Requirements: Bachelor's degree or above. Fluency in Chinese and proficiency in one of the following languages : French, Dutch, or English. Active Belgian work permit. Experience in procurement or related fields is highly desirable.
