Employee Lifecycle Coordination
* Manage administrative processes related to employee entry and departure, ensuring compliance and completeness of documentation.
* Prepare contractual documents and coordinate required information with relevant internal stakeholders.
* Facilitate structured onboarding experiences, including scheduling, communication, and first-day logistics.
* Oversee exit procedures, including asset recovery and deactivation of access rights.
* Handle various employee-related service requests (e.g. subscriptions, access tools, administrative updates).
Workplace Logistics & Mobility
* Coordinate practical arrangements related to employee mobility, including company vehicles and temporary transport solutions.
* Act as liaison with external providers (e.g. leasing partners, facility services).
* Manage access to office locations, including parking and building entry permissions.
* Ensure proper follow-up on returned equipment and mobility assets, including maintenance or reassignment where applicable.
Talent & Development Support
* Provide operational support throughout the recruitment cycle (job postings, interview coordination, candidate follow-up).
* Assist in the organization and administration of training initiatives.
* Maintain accurate records of learning activities, including participation tracking, cost monitoring, and reporting.
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
* You can demonstrate more than 4 years of experience in HR operations
* You are fluent in Dutch and English combined to a good command of French (both oral and written).
* Strong organizational skills with a high level of accuracy
* Effective communicator, both written and verbal
