Who We're Looking For
Are you currently studying Economics, Management, Finance, or IT, and have a genuine interest in banking and finance? Do you enjoy working with digital tools and want to be part of a team that supports clients in their digital banking journey?
We're offering a hands-on internship where you'll assist with the implementation and daily operations of our corporate e-banking application—a key solution for our business clients.
What You'll Be Involved In
Support the Implementation of e-Banking Solutions
* Assist in setting up and adapting e-banking systems for corporate clients
* Help manage user access and configuration updates for existing contracts
Contribute to Technical and Administrative Operations
* Support the day-to-day management of e-banking platforms
* Help ensure smooth and accurate processing of payment flows through MultiLine
Client Interaction & Helpdesk Support
* Be in direct contact with clients by phone or email (approximately 60% in French, 40% in English)
* Assist clients with updates to their existing setup, such as adding users or adjusting access
* Reach out to clients to guide them through migrations to new tools or to provide support in case of issues (e.g. payment errors)
* Maintain a professional and service-oriented approach in all client interactions
