We’re building a next-generation platform with strong early validation and a clear roadmap toward rapid growth. The founding team combines deep industry expertise and entrepreneurial experience, and we’re now seeking a hands-on CTO to help turn this vision into a scalable reality.
What you’ll do
Define the long-term technical strategy and product roadmap in close collaboration with the founding team.
Build and lead the engineering team, fostering a culture of excellence, agility, and innovation.
Oversee end-to-end product development, including architecture, infrastructure, and deployment.
Evaluate and implement emerging technologies that align with the business goals.
Contribute to fundraising and investor discussions as a key member of the leadership team.
Establish robust processes for product delivery, quality assurance, and security.
Who you are
You’ve got a Master’s in Computer Science or a related field — ideally with a focus on AI, ML, or smart systems.
You’re experienced or fresh out of school and hungry to build something real, fast, and with impact.
You’ve turned ideas into prototypes before.
You love solving big, messy problems and figuring things out independently.
You want to be in an early-stage team where decisions move fast, your ideas matter, and you can help shape the product and the company.
You’re ready to grow into a technical leader.
