Build and execute the business transformation planYou are ultimately responsible for realizing the strategic objectives and ambitious results of the organization. You represent the organization in the international group and in the external market.You develop and implement the business transformation plan for your region. You closely monitor the budget, cost structure and margins.You set out the sales and marketing strategy. You lead the commercial team and have a close follow-up on the market and developments in order to quickly and specifically adjust the product portfolio. You grow in innovation and product development.You work closely with your management team and with other colleagues within the group (matrix structure) to respond to market opportunities and to sustain the durable evolution in profitability of the organization in the long term.You lead and coach your team and you know how to reinforce the accountability in the teams to work together on a higher margin business.You become the face of the organization on the (inter)national market, are a member of the European Executive Committee and report to the CEO Europe.ProfileYou have a university education and experience in general management of a (multi-site) organization with production in an international structure; experience within the FMCG industry is a must.You have experience in change management and leading the restructuring of an organization.You know retail distribution and have extensive commercial experience with both branded and private label sales.You combine strategic vision with attention and interest for the operational business.You show yourself to be an open discussion partner, patient and steady; a sounding board with an open mind who knows how to move within an international matrix organization.You are a people manager, strong in developing potential, intelligent in managing and respecting employees.You stand for results and have hands-on capabilities.You are Dutch-speaking and have knowledge of French and English.You live in Flanders.OfferA high impact position within a strong international company, leading in its industry with strong brands.
