Job Description – Compliance Engineer
Description
We are looking for a Compliance Engineer to strengthen the Reliability and Support team within the Engineering & Maintenance department. In this role, you will contribute to ensuring and improving quality and compliance processes across the organization.
Responsibilities
* Responsible for drafting, managing, and following up on actions within the QMS system (Veeva) for the Engineering & Maintenance department.
* Act as the central point of contact for performing analyses on the technical root cause of deviations across various systems (such as process systems, HVAC, and clean utilities including WFI, RO water, and process gases).
* Support the development and implementation of CAPAs (Corrective and Preventive Actions).
* Work closely with key stakeholders, including Production, QA, and system owners.
* Contribute to quality upskilling within the department and support the monitoring of quality-related KPIs.
Profile / Requirements
* Excellent communication skills and solid knowledge of regulations within the pharmaceutical industry.
* Experience with Quality Management Systems (QMS) in a compliance-oriented role is a strong advantage.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to investigate and solve complex technical issues.
* Team player with a proactive mindset and strong focus on quality.
