Job Summary
As Regional Sales Manager Cardiovascular – Benelux & Nordics, you combine hands-on sales with strategic and coaching leadership. In the Nordic region, you are actively responsible for the entire sales process, while in the Benelux you support, coach and strategically guide an experienced sales colleague.
Job Responsibilities
Sales strategy and - management
1. You will develop and implement a regional sales strategy. You draw up sales plans, budgets, forecasts and pricing strategies for both regions. You monitor KPIs and results and make adjustments to achieve revenue and profit targets.
2. You will monitor consistency in pricing, positioning and compliance within the region.
3. You will follow market developments, competition, clinical trends and purchasing structures in both the Benelux and the Nordics.
4. You will work closely with internal stakeholders such as Business Unit, Marketing, Regulatory Affairs and Supply Chain to realize the sales plan.
Sales support & coaching – Benelux
5. You will support and coach the Benelux sales manager in strategic accounts and complex sales processes.
Hands-on sales – Nordics
6. You are responsible for realizing turnover and growth within hospitals in the Nordics.
7. You manage key accounts and build lasting relationships with doctors, OR staff, buyers and hospital management.
8. You will supervise tender processes, contract negotiations and price agreements in line with local regulations and compliance.
Profile Description
9. hands-on sales experience combined with a coaching or managerial role
10. Practical knowledge of Sales & Marketing techniques
11. Good working knowledge of Dutch, French & English (written and spoken).
12. Be a flexible team player, be able to work independently, prioritize own work and, maintain confidentiality of information
13. Have a positive attitude and be pro-active, have excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills and be able to work under pressure and within short time constraints
14. Be able to provide direction and take action if necessary, align people behind strategy, enable team members to productively achieve results.
15. Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management
16. Willingness to travel regularly within the Benelux and the Nordics
17. The position is based in Belgium, at our EMEA headquarters in Leuven
