As an IS Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering Information Systems projects from initiation to completion. You will ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget, while aligning with business objectives and overall strategy. Acting as a key liaison between technical teams, vendors, and business stakeholders, you will drive the successful implementation of digital solutions, process improvements, and technology initiatives. You will be part of the broader IT team and report to the Project Office Manager.
 
Responsibilities
Deliver projects (medium to large scale) from initiation to completion
Actively contribute to the preparation of project proposals
Meet with internal customers to understand needs, requirements, and best practice system solutions
Evaluate feasibility and provide estimates for proposed solutions
Document business and functional requirements in line with IS standards and manage the review process with stakeholders
Write test scenarios and cases, execute tests, and produce reports to ensure requirements are met
Report clearly and concisely on project status
Lead system/application setup and oversee the development of specific software components
Act as a second and third level escalation point for delivered systems/applications
Collaborate with IS Support to ensure supportability and quality of project deliverables
When development is outsourced, oversee design, specifications, coding, testing, and maintenance
Maintain strong working relationships within the IS team, ensuring processes are documented and followed
Provide guidance to internal customers and mentorship to support teams
Prepare system documentation and operating procedures, and present to management and stakeholders
Propose improvements within the IS department and its interfaces with internal customers
Continuously develop project management skills and business knowledge
Manage projects such as:
E-invoicing implementation across multiple countries
Saf-T compliance projects
Implementation of digital contract features
Payment Service Provider (Psp) integration
Managing RFCs of a bespoke CRM system
Acting as a bridge between Web/Mobile App and development teams
Supporting IS internal initiatives (e.g., testing automation, integration platforms)

Profile
Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field
Minimum 5 years of experience in analytical, project-oriented, or operational roles, with proven IT project management experience
Strong background in analysis, design, or implementation of software solutions
Experience with tools and systems such as Azure DevOps, .NET, SQL, and M365
Self-motivated, proactive, and collaborative
Reliable, flexible, and cooperative
Diplomatic and tactful in handling complex interactions
Experience in an international, multi-country environment is a plus
