You will join a well-established international cybersecurity and digital security provider delivering incident response, threat intelligence and cyber defence services to enterprise and public-sector clients across Europe.
The team operates in a highly technical, fast-paced environment where collaboration, expertise and responsiveness are critical.
The role
As part of the CSIRT / CERT team, you will be involved in handling real-world cyber incidents, performing forensic investigations, supporting customers during crisis situations and delivering cybersecurity consulting missions. This is a hands‑on role combining incident response, analysis, customer interaction and advisory work.
Key Responsibilities
Incident Response & Monitoring
Handle and investigate security incidents (malware, intrusion, phishing, CVE, IOC analysis, log correlation, forensic analysis)
Perform threat analysis and identify indicators of compromise
Support customers during security breaches and crisis situations
Analyse suspicious files, malicious documents and network activity
Manage incident, change and use‑case tickets
Provide daily monitoring, alerts and notifications
Consulting & Security Missions
Deliver incident response readiness assessments
Participate in audit and cybersecurity consultancy missions
Support customers in improving their security posture
Assist incident handlers during complex investigations
Contribute to security improvement projects
Reporting & Documentation
Produce clear technical reports for customers
Maintain investigation documentation and procedures
Follow internal validation and reporting processes
Ensure high quality and accuracy of all deliverables
Team & Community
Collaborate with CSIRT / CERT team members
Coach junior analysts and trainees when needed
Participate in cybersecurity community / CERT events
Support promotional or technical events when required
Required Profile
Minimum 4 years experience in CSIRT / SOC / Incident Response / Cybersecurity
Degree in IT, Cybersecurity, Computer Science or similar
Strong knowledge of incident handling, malware analysis, log analysis or forensics
Experience working with customers in critical situations
Ability to stay calm under pressure
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
Organised, methodical and detail‑oriented
Team player with good communication skills
Ability to coach or support junior team members
Languages
English – fluent (required)
French OR Dutch – professional level required
Both languages is a plus
