Salary: Up to €250,000 - OTE

The Role


* Lead new business across Belgium.
* You’ll engage senior stakeholders in Operations, IT, and Digital Transformation driving consultative, value-led sales.
* You’ll be responsible for building and executing outbound, developing pipeline, running multi-threaded deals, and partnering directly with the founding team to shape GTM motion, narrative, and playbooks.


What You’ll Do


* Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closure
* Build and execute a go-to-market 30/60/90 day plan
* Develop pipeline through outreach and market insight
* Mobilise decision-makers for demos and events
* Deliver against monthly and quarterly revenue targets


What We’re Looking For


We’re seeking a consultative, high-performing Account Executive with a proven track record in AI SaaS or customer experience (CX) technology. You thrive in fast-paced environments and bring deep expertise in driving new business—from prospecting through to close.


What you bring:


* 5+ years of quota-carrying sales experience, with a focus on hunting and deal origination
* Strong ability to navigate complex buying cycles and engage senior stakeholders across Operations, IT, and Digital Transformation
* A proactive, outcome-driven mindset with a collaborative approach to cross-functional work
* The ability to build trust quickly, think strategically, and execute with precision
* A passion for delivering meaningful impact to customers through innovative technology
