Enterprise Architect - HR Domain (French-Speaking) - Global End User
Location: Hybrid (Travel to France or Luxembourg)

Are you a seasoned Enterprise Architect with deep expertise in HR systems and transformation? Do you speak fluent French and have the ability to work across complex enterprise landscapes? We’re looking for a dynamic and strategic consultant to help shape and deliver large scale HR transformation initiatives for a leading global organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead architectural design and governance across HR domain solutions (e.g. SuccessFactors, Workday, ERP, Oracle HCM).
* Define and maintain the HR domain architecture roadmap in line with business and IT strategy.
* Lead the definition and execution of the Enterprise target architecture with a very heavy focus on the HR domain.
* Act as a trusted advisor to HR and IT leadership, translating business goals into scalable, future-proof architectures.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams (including payroll, talent, and finance) to ensure integrated solution design.
* Support vendor selection, platform upgrades, and implementation strategies.
* Ensure architectural alignment with security, compliance, and enterprise standards.
Key Requirements:
* Proven experience as an Enterprise Architect within the HR domain, ideally in large scale transformation environments.
* In depth knowledge of HR technologies such as SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, Oracle HCM, or similar.
* Fluent French and English, essential for stakeholder engagement across European teams.
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Strong Knowledge of SAFe
* TOGAF certification or similar architectural frameworks desirable.
