About the Role
We’re looking for a hands-on, Social Media & event Manager to join one of our clients' teams.
You’ll work alongside communication managers and project teams to drive external visibility through social media, events, and digital storytelling, all while keeping a pulse on the latest digital trends.
What are your responsibilities?
* Create impactful content for social media, web, and press using video, infographics, storytelling, podcasts, etc.
* Collaborate with internal teams to shape campaigns and manage small events (openings, site visits, press moments, etc.)
* Coordinate content and repurpose it across channels for maximum visibility
* Actively monitor digital trends and bring innovative ideas to life
* Support reputation management, employer branding, and stakeholder engagement
* Write clear, concise content and oversee translation (FR/EN > NL)
* Track performance (traffic, engagement, leads, conversions) and adapt strategy accordingly
What are we looking for?
* 5+ years of experience in communication, digital content, or social media
* Native-level Dutch or French + good English
* Strong writing skills and experience in digital content production
* Hands-on with social media, video, and infographics
* Event coordination experience is a plus
* Proactive, creative, organized, and team-oriented
* You stay up to date with trends and love trying new things
