For our production units in the Northern Zone, we are looking for a Head of Asset Management (M/F/X) who will play a key role in managing an impressive portfolio of 2.5 GW of assets. This includes sites such as Herdersbrug, Vilvoorde, Drogenbos, Zandvliet, Rodenhuize, Knippegroen, and several WKK installations
You will lead a team of 5 experts (Asset Management Engineers, Process Safety Engineers, and Business Security Officers) and work closely with colleagues from Operations, Maintenance, and Engineering
This new role offers the opportunity to shape your own approach and, together with your team, help define the roadmap towards 2040.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES as Head of Asset Management
* Lead a multidisciplinary team of 5 experts (Asset Management Engineers, Process Safety Engineers, Business Security Officers).
* Develop long-term strategies for maintenance and investments, with a focus on process safety, cybersecurity, and performance.
* Provide technical leadership in complex technologies such as gas turbines, steam turbines, and WKK.
* Conduct strategic analysis of the production units and contribute to the roadmap towards 2040.
* Actively participate in the management team and contribute to the future design of processes and organizational structure.
* Be part of the management teams of both entities in Flanders, actively contributing to strategic decision-making and cross-site collaboration.
YOUR PROFILE as Head of Asset Management
* Master’s degree in industrial or civil engineering, or equivalent experience.
* Solid technical knowledge of energy production facilities and their maintenance.
* Experience in process asset management and technologies such as gas and steam turbines.
* Strong leadership skills and experience in managing teams and processes.
* Fluent in Dutch and English, with a good command of French.
