Description:
Employee Lifecycle Management:
* Participate in the recruitment process: drafting and distributing job postings, pre-selecting applications, organizing interviews, and verifying references.
* Draft employment contracts, amendments, and other HR documents.
* Organize the onboarding of new employees: prepare administrative files, conduct welcome sessions, and monitor hiring formalities.
* Ensure the update and management of personnel files in the HR management system.
* Support employee departures: prepare exit documents and conduct exit interviews.
Skills Development:
* Coordinate the logistical and administrative organization of training sessions and workshops.
* Participate in the monitoring of the implementation of Personal Development Plans (PDP).
* Maintain training records and monitor professional development actions.
Payroll Support:
* Participate in the collection, verification, and transmission of payroll variable elements.
* Answer employee questions regarding payroll, social benefits, and compensation policy.
* Maintain accurate and compliant payroll records in a multi-country environment.
Employee Relations:
* Provide a first level of response to employee inquiries.
* Contribute to addressing first-level HR issues in collaboration with the Senior HR Manager.
* Participate in the application and updating of HR policies and procedures.
HR Administration:
* Ensure the management and update of HR databases and tools.
* Prepare HR reports and statistics in line with the needs of the management.
* Contribute to the organization of internal HR events (seminars, team building, etc.).
* Perform any other administrative tasks assigned by the hierarchy.
Profile
Desired Profile:
* Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Social Law, Management, or Business Administration.
* 2 to 5 years of professional experience in a similar role.
* Strong understanding of HR fundamentals (recruitment, personnel administration, training, payroll).
* Knowledge of applicable social regulations.
* Excellent proficiency in office tools (Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Proficiency in a Human Resource Management System (HRMS) is an advantage.
* Professional level in French and English; proficiency in other languages is a plus.
