Secure the Future:
As a security expert, you will play a vital role in protecting our organization's assets and ensuring the safety of our employees. Your primary responsibility will be to advise management on security matters, implement new projects and upgrades, and track key performance indicators.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide binding advice to management on security issues.
• Support implementation of new projects and upgrades.
• Track key performance indicators for the Belgian Generation perimeter.
Security Standards and Compliance:
Establish and maintain security standards, procedures, and tools for risk analysis, incident management, and guarding. Ensure that all physical security measures are implemented and functioning properly.
Crisis Management and Coordination:
Act as the main contact for the Brussels Control Center and coordinate physical security measures. You will be responsible for managing crises and coordinating with diverse teams and third-party subcontractors.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in law enforcement, military, private security, HSE, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in security or a related field.
• Strong technical background to develop and follow up on security projects and upgrades.
Communication and Language Skills:
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders. Proficient in Dutch or French with working knowledge of the other language and English.
