Key Responsibilities
* Lead and support project management activities across IT and banking programs
* Coordinate schedules, milestones, reporting, and risk tracking
* Consolidate and analyse data coming from multiple sources to support decision‑making
* Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and stakeholders at corporate level
* Maintain regular communication and alignment with leadership
Must‑Have Qualifications
* Strong IT background with experience working on technical or data‑driven projects
* Strong analytical mindset and experience handling complex datasets
* Excellent Excel Data Management skills (Pivot Tables, Power Query)
* Solid project management skills and organizational capabilities
* Experience in stakeholder management in multicultural environments
* Fluent English (C1 level), spoken and written
* Living in Madrid or willing to travel frequently for onsite meetings
Nice to Have
* Experience or exposure to Cybersecurity Management frameworks (ISO27001, NIST, DORA)
* Power BI knowledge
* Experience in Change Management
* Technical cybersecurity knowledge (Network Security, IAM, Data Security…)
* CISM or similar certification
