As a competence team member within the IT Architect team, you take on various roles.From these roles, you are responsible for:Providing the necessary training, developing / maintaining up-to-date and enriching the required materials, helping to define clear learning objectives.Coaching and supporting employees in their growth so that they are able to take on their responsibilities and apply their professional expertise. You track the progress of the various coaching trajectories in a progress report, ensuring that it is always clear where each person stands in their development path.Further building the IT Architect community, organizing events, forums.
