As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for both
corrective and preventive maintenance
of our machines and installations. Your technical expertise and problem-solving skills ensure smooth production operations and contribute to continuous improvement.
Your key tasks include:
* Diagnosing technical malfunctions (mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic)
* Performing repairs on machines and facilities
* Adjusting and improving tools and production equipment
* Executing preventive maintenance tasks according to established schedules
* Supervising and coordinating contractors and suppliers
* Participating in technical improvement projects and automation efforts
Additionally:
* Monitoring inventory levels of spare parts, maintenance materials, and lubricants
* Creating work procedures and instructions
* Assisting in the assembly and connection of new installations
* Supporting assembly work as needed
You are a hands-on technician with broad technical knowledge. You work independently, structured, and with a strong focus on safety and quality.
You have:
* A technical degree or equivalent practical experience
* Solid knowledge of mechanics, electricity, hydraulics, pneumatics, and basic electronics
* Experience with welding, turning, and milling is a plus
* Knowledge of safety regulations (BA4/BA5) and certified forklift and lifting equipment operation
* Practical command of at least two foreign languages besides your mother tongue
* Willingness to be on call outside regular working hours
* No issues working at heights or handling chemical agents
