As the Senior Project Owner at our Lessines site, you will guide our teams toward Agile excellence and enable them to deliver cutting-edge digital solutions that make a real difference.
How you will contribute:
Reporting to the Head of DD&T, you’ll be essential in reshaping our digital journey through:
Agile Facilitation & Scrum Team Leadership
1. Champion Scrum ceremonies to keep teams energized and productive.
2. Foster collaboration and ensure team efficiency shines bright.
3. Proactively remove barriers while promoting Agile values and driving continuous improvement.
4. Align with other Scrum Masters to ensure Agile practices are seamless across Takeda.
Project Portfolio Management & Governance
5. Oversee and govern the DD&T project portfolio, driving strategic alignment.
6. Define and track clear KPIs while reporting without fluff.
7. Monitor project progression and prioritize resources effectively in collaboration with stakeholders from business and IT.
Project Management (Both Waterfall & Agile)
8. Lead cross-functional game-changing projects from ideation to production.
9. Draft, refine, and execute project roadmaps, milestones, budgets, and plans.
10. Balance structure and flexibility to mitigate risks and implement contingency solutions effectively in living-changing categories desired!
Clear Communication & Stakeholder Collaboration
11. Build trust through transparent communication with stakeholders.
12. Ensure deliverables match your standards across consistency reStructured derived maps avoiding any-elimination equation!
What you bring to Takeda:
13. Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, Data, Mathematics expertise defining-built interpretation steering models-driven layer!
14. Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management or Scrum Master roles within IT, Data, or Digital environments.
15. Relevant certifications: Scrum Master (CSM, PSM I/II), PMP, PRINCE2, SAFe).
16. Experience Waterfall project management (PMBOK, Prince2, V-Model).
17. Proficiency in project management tools: JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, ServiceNow, Power BI.
18. Proficiency in risk management and business continuity planning.
19. Command of technology systems, IT infrastructure, and Agile methodologies
20. Engage and align across organization while translating complex technical concepts into clear, non-technical language.
