We are looking for an Project Manager Expert to lead and deliver complex digitalization projects in the Justice domain, focusing on improving efficiency, reducing administrative workload, and enhancing services for citizens. You will play a key role in coordinating with stakeholders such as internal teams, external partners, and public institutions (including police and mobility authorities) to achieve impactful results.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage stakeholders and maintain strong relationships across diverse entities.
* Lead full project lifecycle: planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery.
* Oversee project budgets and ensure financial health of initiatives.
* Facilitate clear and structured communication with stakeholders and teams.
* Optimize data flows between police and justice, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
* Apply risk management strategies to anticipate and mitigate project challenges.
* Use modern project management tools (Confluence, Jira) to monitor progress.
Your Profile
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
* Minimum 10 years of proven experience in project management.
* Strong stakeholder management, communication, and coordination skills.
* Active knowledge of French and Dutch (English is an asset).
* Experience working within a public service environment.
* Knowledge of data exchange between police and justice is a strong plus.
