Resideo is seeking a driven and ambitious Junior Sales Representative to strengthen our market presence across Flanders (Oost-Vlaanderen, Antwerpen and Brabant).
This is an exciting opportunity for someone at the beginning of their sales career who wants to develop commercial expertise while driving brand awareness, sales growth and new business development through our plumbing, heating and electrical wholesale partners.
This is a highly field-based role where you will build strong, lasting customer relationships and ensure Resideo products remain front of mind within the trade. Importantly, you will be working closely with existing Resideo customers and long-standing wholesale partners — no cold calling is required. Instead, your focus will be on developing and growing these relationships, increasing product visibility, and maximising sales opportunities within your assigned region.
We are looking for a confident, outgoing self-starter who enjoys meeting new people and is motivated to build a long-term career in sales (Dutch and English required). Recent graduates with little or no professional experience are encouraged to apply.
A structured onboarding programme will give you strong product, brand and customer knowledge, supported by experienced Area Sales Managers who will provide hands-on field training and ongoing coaching. As you develop, you will progressively take ownership of your territory, customer planning and sales targets.
JOB DUTIES:
1. Support sales growth and increase product awareness across assigned wholesale branches
2. Build and nurture strong relationships with branch managers, counter sales teams and installers
3. Train and coach counter sales teams to confidently recommend Resideo products
4. Plan and support regional events and branch activities — including breakfast mornings, trade days and local promotions
5. Set up and maintain impactful Point of Sale displays, ensuring strong in-branch visibility and brand presence
6. Conduct regular branch visits and audits to ensure promotional initiatives are executed effectively
7. Deliver engaging product demonstrations, clearly explaining features, benefits and value propositions
8. Identify and develop new business opportunities within your territory
9. Maintain accurate reporting of customer visits, sales activity, pipeline opportunities and performance metrics
YOU MUST HAVE:
10. Strong interest in sales with clear ambition to build a long-term commercial career
11. A confident, outgoing personality with the ability to build rapport quickly
12. A proactive mindset and the ability to work independently in a field-based role
13. Fluency in Dutch and strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
14. Excellent communication, presentation and organisational skills
15. The ability to learn and confidently present technical product information
16. A full driving license
