Sales Assistant - Chill'out Nieuwpoort (16-35 hours)
We’re on the lookout for talented and energetic individuals who are passionate about the surf & snow lifestyle to join our O’Neill team at Designer Outlet Nieuwpoort! We are looking for multiple full-time team members (16-35 hours per week) available from late June to the end of August 2026. The exact start date within this period can be discussed.
The Job
As a Sales Assistant, you’ll be key in driving daily sales and helping to meet store targets. You’ll be responsible for:
1. Maintaining the store layout and product display according to O’Neill’s guidelines
2. Delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming store atmosphere
3. Advising customers on the perfect O’Neill products to match their needs
4. Providing support with communication and administrative tasks
