Job Description As an Application Support Engineer, you are responsible for resolving application and system issues that occur at the customer site. You respond quickly when technical problems arise unexpectedly and require immediate resolution. In doing so, you combine your business skills with your technical IT knowledge. Additionally, you will: Provide on-site IT support for production and laboratory systems at both the Geel and Beerse sites Troubleshoot hardware and network issues Support and implement label printers, scales, and analytical equipment in collaboration with external vendors Deliver 2nd and 3rd line application and end‑user support Work in accordance with GxP guidelines and ITIL principles Contribute to building and maintaining a knowledge base to ensure long-term knowledge sharing and support Play a proactive role in optimizing processes and ensuring compliance requirements Participate in a 24/7 standby rotation schedule
