As a Technical Architect, you will play a pivotal role in the design and delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations solutions. You will work closely with the Solution Architect to ensure the technical integrity and quality of each project.

You will be supported by a team of technical consultants and developers. One of your key deliverables will be a detailed solution design covering the application landscape, integrations, and infrastructure.
What will you do:
Provide technical guidance on performance, scalability, reliability, and securityDefine infrastructure and application designDevelop migration strategies, tools, and approachesDesign, install, and maintain the environment landscape from development to productionSupport hardware sizing and software upgradesConduct quality control with a strong focus on performance and securityPlan and implement integration tests to ensure compliance with specificationsDeliver training for technical and IT management staff as requiredStay current with Microsoft technologies and share knowledge across teams
What do you need:
Experience in managing and coaching technical teams of five or more membersThe ability to work independently and take ownership of projectsStrong customer focus and communication skillsExcellent problem-solving abilitiesA minimum of six years of hands-on experience in ERP implementationsExpertise in Microsoft Dynamics infrastructure sizing and application architectureKnowledge of Azure cloud technologiesExperience in managing Microsoft Dynamics migration activitiesRelevant technical certifications in Microsoft Dynamics 365Fluency in Dutch or French and English
Additional qualifications that are considered a plus:
Certification in Prince2, PMP, or other project management methodologiesKnowledge of the Microsoft Power PlatformFamiliarity with Azure DevOps
