What you'll do
* Gather business requirements and turn them into technical data products that support KPIs and decision-making.
* Design and maintain analytical data models (dimensional models, data marts, star/snowflake schemas) reflecting business logic.
* Build, optimize, and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines using SQL, Python, and cloud data platforms.
* Develop dashboards and reports in Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent, enabling business users to explore metrics and trends.
* Ensure data models and pipelines comply with data governance, quality, documentation, and lineage.
* Act as the bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, translating complex data concepts into clear insights.
What we're looking for
* Strong SQL skills and experience building robust pipelines and data models.
* Solid background in data modeling and dimensional design (fact/dimension tables, Star Schemas).
* Working knowledge of Python is a plus.
* Experience with BI/visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau).
* Familiarity with cloud data platforms, warehouses, and lakehouses.
* Strong business understanding and ability to translate needs into actionable data products.
* Excellent communication and documentation skills.
* You are fluent in Dutch/French and English.
