Administrative Support Role Overview

The Administrative Support role is a temporary position that will last for 24 months, providing support to the Operations team in Gent.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work in a truly international environment, expanding your knowledge and gaining valuable insights into international trade, powersports industry environment, and challenging logistics and shipping processes.

You will be responsible for general administration, including printing and dispatching documents related to finished units, as well as following up on dealer cases.

Main Responsibilities:
* Daily extraction of shipping data and preparation of deliveries
* Warehouse stock count administration and reporting
* Follow up on questions concerning documents through Salesforce case management
* Assist logistical team colleagues and provide backup when needed

Requirements:
* Fluent in English with a good knowledge of Dutch
* Secondary School with experience in administration or bachelor's degree
* Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel and Word) and SAP are an asset
* Service minded and result oriented
* Can work independently as well as in a team
* Works accurately and structured
