Your Impact
Keep invoices and admin documents organized and on track
Support accounting follow-up and basic VAT/tax admin
Help with HR onboarding & employee administration
Manage calendars and coordinate meetings
Maintain clear and structured filing systems
Provide ad hoc support to keep daily operations smooth
Support sales & marketing team from time to time
You're a Great Fit If You:
Speak French & English (Dutch = big plus)
Are organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
Take ownership and work independently
Have basic knowledge of Belgian VAT/tax rules
Communicate clearly and professionally
Can multitask and prioritize
Are comfortable with Microsoft Office tools
