Your opportunity:
As the Human Resources Manager, you will be the cornerstone of our HR strategy. Joining our leadership team, you will play a key role in attracting, developing, and retaining exceptional talent while shaping a dynamic, inclusive, and innovation-driven company culture. You will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with local and international labor regulations while actively contributing to the continuous improvement of our Quality Management System (QMS).
Your responsibilities:
* Drive HR strategy: Design and implement HR strategies aligned with our growth objectives, focusing on talent acquisition, employee development, and organizational effectiveness.
* Recruit talent: Identify recruitment needs and attract top talent across engineering, project management, and support functions.
* Develop skills: Lead initiatives to develop skills, particularly in leadership, project management, and technical expertise.
* Strengthen company culture: Foster a positive and engaging work environment, skillfully resolving conflicts, and promoting a culture of inclusion where everyone feels valued.
* Ensure policy compliance: Rigorously ensure compliance with Belgian and international labor laws, keeping abreast of regulatory developments.
* Employee health and well-being: Develop wellness initiatives that promote work-life balance and ensure our health and safety standards are impeccable.
Your profile:
* Education: Master's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Experience: 7 to 10 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership position. Experience in the engineering, construction, or international sectors is an asset.
* Leadership: You are an inspiring leader, capable of rallying, uniting, and influencing teams at all levels.
* International mindset: You are comfortable in a multicultural environment and have ideally worked with international teams, particularly in the African market.
* Language: Fluency in both English and French is essential, and Dutch is a plus.
* Problem-solving and agility: You have an eye for identifying HR challenges and the ingenuity to find creative solutions.
* HR tools and management systems: You are proficient in HRIS systems and have solid experience with labor laws, recruitment strategies, and talent management best practices.
