Regional service manager-Central Europe
ABB Motion Service Division serves customers worldwide by maximizing uptime, extending product life cycle and enhancing the performance and energy efficiency of their electrical motion solutions. This role is open globally, but location is set in Europe, with preference for Belgium (Machelen), Austria (Wiener Neudorf), Czech Republic (Prague), Netherlands (Rotterdam), or Poland(Łódzki).

Key Responsibilities
* Drive the end‑to‑end sales cycle for ABB Ability Digital Powertrain, from prospecting to closing new business.
* Build and manage a strong pipeline through proactive outbound activities and targeted account strategies.
* Lead customer discovery, value articulation, product demonstrations, and negotiation to accelerate deal progression.
* Develop penetration plans for priority industries and global strategic accounts to expand digital adoption.
* Collaborate with regional sales units, product, marketing, and technical teams to maximize funnel performance.
* Ensure accurate forecasting, disciplined sales execution, and continuous pipeline health.
* Build and maintain senior‑level customer relationships to secure long‑term growth opportunities.
* Provide market and customer insights to influence portfolio development and commercial strategy.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in engineering, Information Systems, or relevant field; MBA preferred.
* Minimum 7 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in enterprise software, SaaS, analytics, digital services, or industrial digitalization.
* Proven track record of self-sourced pipeline creation, new business acquisition, and consistent quota attainment.
* Experience selling into enterprise and mid market customers.
* Strong understanding of digital OT/ET/IT ecosystems and industrial customer processes.
* Demonstrated ability to collaborate with global and regional stakeholders.
* Resilient, high activity sales mindset with strong drive, curiosity, and execution discipline.
* Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
