The Mission
The European Reference Networks (ERN) facilitate the cross-border exchange of knowledge between specialized healthcare providers across Europe. As part of the Unit (Support Services) team, you will provide critical application support other Unit, helping to drive policy decisions through technical proficiency and data insights.
A Hybrid Role: Policy meets IT
This is not a traditional \"IT Helpdesk\" position. We are looking for a proactive professional who can link policy analysis with data to ensure the ERN initiative thrives.
Key Responsibilities:
* Data-Driven Policy: Perform data analysis to support policy decisions using existing and custom-built dashboards.
* System Oversight: Contribute to the management of clinical and non-clinical project tools and translate business needs into IT requirements.
* Quality Assurance: Conduct data quality control and perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure services meet business requirements.
* Knowledge Management: Maintain user manuals, FAQs, wikis, and information databases.
* Project Growth: Assist in the continuous monitoring and expansion of the ERN project.
Who You Are
* Experienced Professional: You have 3–5 years of relevant experience (this is not a trainee role).
* EU Savvy: Prior experience working with or within EU institutions is required.
* Analytical Mindset: You possess strong problem-solving skills and an eye for detail.
* Communicator: You have a very good command of English and strong interpersonal skills.
* Tech-Fluent: You are proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams) and eager to learn specific web-based project tools.
* Background: Experience in health policy or health technology is highly desirable.
