As a key player in our financial due diligence team, you will be responsible for performing thorough procedures related to the sale and purchase of companies and businesses.
You will identify and assess potential issues that may impact transactions, providing valuable insights to clients through our services and deliverables.
* Main Responsibilities:
* Performing financial due diligence procedures
* Identifying and assessing potential issues
* Providing value to clients through services and deliverables
* Day-to-day management of engagements
* Preparation of reports, presentations, and discussions with clients
* Managing workflow and activities of staff
* Coordinating and interacting with other teams
Key Skills and Qualifications:
* Masters degree with minimum 5 years experience in financial due diligence, corporate analysis, financial audit, and transactions
* CFA charter holder or enrolled in CFA
* Strong analytical skills, including data interpretation, insight generation, and solution construction
* Excellent project management and business development skills
* Ability to perform consistently at a high level under pressure
* Strong observation skills
* Hands-on and pragmatic approach to finding solutions for clients
* Focusing on delivering high-quality work while maintaining attention to detail
* Bilingual speaking and writing skills (English and Dutch/English and French)
