As an SAP FUNCTIONAL ANALYST SUPPLY CHAIN, you contribute to the optimization and evolution of our SAP landscape by translating business needs into reliable and scalable system solutions. In this role, you analyze business processes related to procurement, warehouse and inventory management, and logistics. You transform these requirements into functional designs and specifications that support efficient operations and continuous improvement across our organization. You will be involved in both SAP projects and ongoing system improvements, including international rollouts and the transition towards future-proof SAP solutions. Working closely with business stakeholders, key users, and technical developers, you ensure that the SAP system effectively supports Oleon’s operational processes. Your key responsibilities include: Analyzing business requirements within procurement, warehouse, inventory management and logistics processes and translating them into functional SAP solutions. Configuring and optimizing SAP modules such as MM, IM and WM, including RF and Handling Unit Management. Supporting SAP implementation and improvement projects, including S4HANA deployments and international rollouts. Acting as a functional expert supporting the RUN environment, ensuring a reliable service level together with the AMS team. Providing second-line support to business end users and guiding them in solving functional issues. Collaborating closely with IT colleagues, business process owners and key users to ensure alignment between processes and systems. In this role, you report to the SAP INDUSTRIAL DOMAIN LEAD and contribute to strengthening Oleon’s global IT and supply chain capabilities You'll succeed if: You hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, engineering, ICT or a related field, or have equivalent experience. You have at least 5 years of experience working as a functional analyst or consultant in SAP environments. You have hands-on experience with SAP MM, IM and WM, including RF and HUM processes. You have experience working with S4HANA and Fiori environments. You ideally bring additional knowledge of eWM, LE or SD processes. You enjoy working in project-oriented environments and collaborating closely with technical developers. You communicate fluently in English; knowledge of Dutch or French is considered an advantage. You are willing to travel occasionally as part your role. You are eager to learn and further expand your knowledge of other SAP modules and business processes. You combine your technical expertise with strong communication skills and enjoy working closely with both business stakeholders and IT teams.
