As an Regional Business Developer, you will be a true "hunter," responsible for prospecting and business development in Northern European markets (mainly Flanders + punctually Netherlands, United Kingdom, etc.).
About the job
Your main mission will be to generate new inquiries for meetings, seminars, and events. You will constantly be on the road to meet potential clients and promote the brand. You will also be the brand ambassador and work closely with internal teams to ensure an impeccable customer experience.
Overview of tasks:
4. Actively develop a portfolio of new BB clients (companies, associations, event agencies).
5. Participate in the development of the commercial strategy in collaboration with management, taking advantage of the great flexibility and autonomy offered.
6. Penetrate existing key accounts and reactivate old contacts to maximize revenue.
7. Represent the brand at trade shows, networking events, and client visits in Belgium and abroad.
8. Work closely with the internal "Meeting & Events" team, who will take over for sending offers and organizing events.
9. Ensure rigorous CRM updates, a crucial tool for coordination between different teams.
10. Analyze performance (KPIs) to measure your impact and continuously adjust the strategy.

You have confirmed experience in BB sales, ideally in the MICE sector, hospitality, events, or a related sector
