As an IFRS Advisory (Senior) Manager, you’ll guide clients through complex financial reporting challenges while leading and developing a talented team of professionals.What you’ll doLead IFRS and financial reporting projects, including IPO preparation, deal and post‑deal accounting, consolidation, ESG reporting, and more.Support client teams with technical accounting analyses.Contribute to business development activities and strengthening our presence in the Belgian market.Develop and coach team members, helping them grow and realize their potential.What you bringMaster’s degree and 6–8 years of experience in IFRS reporting/advisory or audit of public interest entities applying IFRS.Strong analytical skills and an interest in translating business into meaningful financial insights.Consulting and people leadership skills: communication, collaboration, organization, empathy, and curiosity.Fluency in English and Dutch or French.Ready to make an impact?
