Tasks
As Sales Manager – Accountant Partnerships for French-speaking Belgium, you own the growth of our accountant channel in Wallonia/Brussels. You’ll turn interest into signed partnerships and successful first rollouts.
You report to the CMO and work closely with Customer Success, Product and Marketing. What you’ll do:
Partnership acquisition
* Build and manage a structured pipeline of accountant firms (inbound + outbound)
* Run discovery and demos; handle objections; close partnerships
* Segment the market and focus outreach on the highest-potential firm profiles
Onboarding
* Lead onboarding for new partners: setup, expectations, success plan, next steps
* Define a clear rollout path (first client cohort, timeline, partner responsibilities)
* Hand off ongoing adoption and farming to the Account Manager once first milestones are reached
Sales development
* Represent Accountable in the field: events, meetups, partner visits, webinars
* Improve the sales motion: stages, scripts, cadence, and CRM hygiene
* Bring structured partner insights to Product (patterns, needs, objections)
Success looks like
* New partner firms signed (monthly/quarterly)
* Time-to-first-rollout and % of partners reaching the first adoption milestone
* Pipeline coverage, win rate, and forecast accuracy
* Clear handover and collaboration with Account Management
Requirements
* Fluent French + English (Dutch is a strong plus)
* Proven B2B sales / partnerships experience (SaaS or professional services preferred)
* Comfortable owning full-cycle sales: prospecting → demo → close → onboarding
* High credibility and structured communication (accountants expect clarity and precision)
* Strong follow-through: pipeline hygiene, next steps, timeline control
* Willing to be present in the field (partner visits, events)
* Knowledge of the taxes or finance space is a plus
