With multiple ground breaking product launches in 2025, including our Upmix Engine and SR1 headphone, we’re looking for a Marketing Manager who can bridge both B2B and Prosumer worlds and thrive in a ramp-up environment.
This role is ideal for someone eager to shape the marketing function from the ground up, balancing strategic direction with hands-on execution. You’ll take ownership of campaigns spanning both online and offline channels – from digital activations and social campaigns to tradeshows, launch events, and distributor programs – ensuring visibility and impact across diverse and demanding audiences including distributors, venues, artists, DJs, sound engineers, and educators.
You’ll collaborate closely with our in-house creative designer (web, design, video, visuals), making sure creative ideas and marketing strategy come together. Develop and execute marketing strategy and project plans across digital, social, email, events, and partnerships.
Lead planning and execution for trade shows, launch events, and distributor/partner activations.
Work with our creative designer to deliver consistent, high-impact campaigns.
Measure campaign performance and adjust marketing strategies based on data.
5+ years minimum of marketing experience, ideally in pro audio, AV, music tech, education technology, or related B2B hardware/software environment.
~ A hands-on marketing generalist with an outstanding track record in steering successful online and offline campaigns.
~ Familiar with marketing tools (HubSpot, Google Analytics, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, etc.).
~ Excellent writing and campaign planning skills.
~ Proven track record in innovative product introductions, go-to-market campaigns, and growth/performance marketing is a strong plus.
