Ph3Responsibilities /h3 ul liEngage with the main contractor to provide design input during early engagement process /li liOversee coordination process to transform design information into full installation drawings by BIM personnel ensuring specifications compliance and schedule priority /li liAssess sub‑contract and supplier tender returns for technical compliance with design intent specifications /li liCoordinate with the project planning department to ensure delivery ahead of schedule /li liManage technical submittals and approvals /li liManage the RFI process with the client and sub‑contractors /li liManage material procurement using Engineering Materials Report (EMR), producing material take‑offs and identifying lead times and field need dates /li liCollaborate with project supervisors to ensure design, materials, manpower and schedule enable construction trades to deliver on time /li liEnsure works installed in accordance with project specifications and QA plan /li liManage subcontractors and ensure adequate information flow for work progress /li liPromote new engineering practices and processes to enhance delivery time /li liPrepare and agree on project completion criteria and close‑out documents /li liPrepare sub‑contract and supplier tender packages with Project QS /li liManage workpack process from development, implementation and handover /li liManage BIM priorities (isometrics generation and release) /li liDevelop forward‑looking indicators to ensure all project elements delivered per objectives /li liOther duties as assigned within scope /li /ul h3Essential Criteria /h3 ul liMinimum 10 years’ experience in mechanical engineering /li liExperience in construction operations /li liExperience with off‑site fabrication of modular pipe racks /li liProfessional qualification in mechanical engineering /li liProfessional certification /li liTravel required /li liExperience in a Proceed piping project /li /ul h3Desirable Criteria /h3 ul liExperience in the pharma sector /li /ul pMERCURY is an equal opportunities employer. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
